The other day I took a quick pic of the master in its current state to show my DIY headboard to a friend. I still think it is the easiest and cheapest way to transform a room if a new store bought or custom headboard just isn't in the budget. For the summer I lightly covered ours with some fabric I had laying around, hence why it is not completely straight. I like how it added another layer of texture within my neutral sea. As you can also see I have yet to actually sew the slipcover for the bench. I wanted to make sure I was 100% on the fabric choice first, but it has been a year. Ha. The pouf is new and I got it on Joss & Main. I adore it. Oh, and yes I suppose I have decided to keep the lamps shade less. I never loved any of the ones I tried so I just put in a low wattage clear fancy bulb and I must say I rather like it.
